[When there is a chance, Fern does receive a small package wrapped in cloth and twine from Bigby. It is full of little puzzles, toys, and trinkets, all clearly handmade.]

For me, I require distraction to keep myself at peace. I though that perhaps... you might enjoy things to keep your hands busy when you have little else to do.

[Oh what!! Fern loves all the little handmade toys. They remind him a little of home, since he always enjoyed arts and crafts with the family and you generally don't go to a store to buy toys in the post-apocalypse.
