[Luz loves Christmas since having it in Deerington, so if you know her at all you'll be getting a specific treat from Lysithea's pastry shop and a card with a cute Luz anime avatar wishing you a wonderful season of joy (she knows not everyone celebrates Christmas/is Jewish/might not even care.

[Merry Christmas Luz! On the morning of the 25th there'll be a gift at the foot of her bed, containing one ugly sweater as well as a mushroom witch hat.]

Midoriya didn't know holiday gifts were going to be a thing among Sleepers, or who celebrates what. Christmas is fun, but New Years is a bigger deal. Imagine his panic when he receives his! Hilariously, he's already given her Lysithea pastries earlier in the month. Around New Years, he might drop off a cape cloak. Please stay warm and also look like a badass witch.

luz gets a boxed assortment of walnut & berry cookie-biscuit hybrids (handmade), along with a winter cloak! they have pointed little ears on the hood, either meant to resemble a cat or a dog. it looked too witchy to pass up!

Ok, so Luz loves the cookie biscuits obviously because YUM, but a cloak that's both witchy AND cute? You are giving her huge heart eyes right now.

[Korra has been working on using her bending abilities to create...glass. What that means, in practical terms, is a very well-packed box on Luz's doorstep. Inside is a set of four drinking cups, each a different colour of glass, representing the four elements - red for fire, dark blue for water, green for earth, and a light, ethereal blue for air. She has carefully etched their symbols on each.]

[There is also a flat piece with an outline of a stylized owl in vibrant purples, with currents all through the glass.]

[Congratulations! You have gotten Luz to ugly cry! Of course she'd prizing each glass, but especially the flat piece, which now sits, prized, on her bookshelf where the light can reflect through it].

[Luz is going to get a small metal box with a latch, but inside of the box is a note that says: In the light of the moon, look to the runes. They can help in a pinch, but each is one and done. Merry Christmas, Saeri.

PS. They're fun for amateur divination, too, if you're into that.

Under the note is a velvet sinched bag, and inside are stones. Moonstones with each one having a different rune on them. Separately they might provide a tiny bit of magic related to each rune, but used together Luz could perform a stronger, more powerful spell. But just one and only once.]

AW! Luz loves it! Granted, now she is going to strive to get to know Saeri MORE so she can give her something just as good! For now all you've got is Lysithea's cinnamon buns and a bag of nuts and roots for food that Luz procured from Snow White. They're pretty nutritious though (Snow White's things, obviously).
