[Luz had decided to be in the skies for this kind of thing: it was just easier to be on the staff and fly around to spot people that might need help. So far she'd met a few interesting people, and was content to call it a day when she spotted someone who stopped her pretty quick enough that she almost fell off the staff.

The long hair was the biggest give away. Who else would have this been? She'd heard Varian describe her enough, she'd even SPOKEN to her once, so there was no mistaking: it was Rapunzel! Luz was about to make a beeline for her when she saw her recoil in a start because, well, nude. Luz nodded to herself and flew over to where some of the civilians were hoarding the robes. It took a minute or two to convince them it was NOT for her, and finally she was back in the skies. It was much easier to spot Rapunzel and she gave a wave before descending down to her, robe in hand, along with a hot dog].
