CHARACTER RELATIONSHIP MEME

Time to cozy up with each other and touch base on ideas and plans you have for your ongoing character relationships! We strive for an open and friendly gamespace where everyone can feel encouraged to seek new CR opportunities or work on existing ones. It is not required to do the CR meme, but it's a good idea for keeping your thoughts in order and meeting some new people, and helping to establish what you've got going on in-game!

Job Title(s): n/a, but essentially falling into the ranks of Night Walkers.
Relationship Status: Forever single, and uninterested.
Other close CR: He's still pretty new, so he's still kind of gathering CR. He's interacted with Jason Kolchek, Vira-Lorr and Ruka Minazuki a couple of times though!

Positive CR Desired: Granted Cole comes in before his personal quest is completed, in which the player can choose to have Cole become more Spirit or more Human, I'm interested in having those kinds of relationships with him. Those like Solas who recognise Cole as a Spirit and think he should remain like that. Or those like Varric who believe Cole is becoming something else, something more like a person — so exploring things like personhood with him. It'd be fun to play those arcs out to see how the characters in game might shape him instead.

Also, friends would be nice. Interacting with any other kinds of supernaturals: demons, spirits, beings, mages/magic users. Most importantly: people he can help. Cole's one purpose is to comfort and help heal hurts/traumas. He can offer the 'right words', but it mixes in with the magic of what he is (Spirits are beings of pure magic in his canon) to help heal.

Negative CR Desired: Cole can very easily rub people up the wrong way with his abilities, and I'm forever interested in him not being friends with everyone. Even members of the Inquisition aren't keen on him for being what he is. He will also likely face ire from people who don't like the idea of spirits/demons. And people will face Cole's ire if you're someone who choses hurts others. Bonus hate comes from if you've ever locked up/imprisoned someone, as that's a pretty big trigger for him.

In addition, as a Spirit of Compassion, Cole has some pretty heavy meta abilities. I would highly recommend checking out this page and filling out the form there for interacting with him.

Unwanted CR: Romance.

Day to Day Life: Literally all over the city, at any given time. He'll likely hang around DISTRICT, and Vi recommened The Entertainment Feed so he'll be around there sometimes too. But honestly, he's a busy boy. He'll be people watching a lot, and helping people with their hurts.

Current Plans / Event Plans:

— Cole is super shiny new, so he's still very much finding his feet in game. He is incredibly uncomfortable with existing in a world with blood magic, since blood magic in his world is used to bind spirits — twisting them into demons. But is comforted by being able to help others here.

— He spoke to Hali and asked him if they would be happy with whatever Sleepers chose for them. That was his main concern, bless this sweet boy. He will likely be not voting in the poll, because he doesn't believe he counts in getting a vote.

— He's got a few things going in the event, which his toplevel is over here although I'm a little behind on tags right now. He's trying to help the Deer's Spirit, trying to warn people against being in Riteoir's city, and fighting demons from the Dragon Age world that have come through the Wonderkind prompt rifts.

— In regards to the Endgame, depending on how things go I may let go of Cole after July. This isn't set in stone, though. I may end up keeping him a while longer, but I'm waiting to see what the plan is for once the game ends.
