Time to cozy up with each other and touch base on ideas and plans you have for your ongoing character relationships! We strive for an open and friendly gamespace where everyone can feel encouraged to seek new CR opportunities or work on existing ones. It is not required to do the CR meme, but it's a good idea for keeping your thoughts in order and meeting some new people, and helping to establish what you've got going on in-game!

OOC Limits: I just don't like situations where I have to essentially write NPC bigots. I guess that is the simplest way to describe it.

Where they live: He 'lives' in the attic of an abandoned building. He is a little feral in this regard and hasn't had a 'home' in a long time. He kind of just makes his den wherever he feels like. And I guess he's using the downstairs as his test area now too.
Relationship Status: Open, nonmonagomous. Creeping Dust is a thot, he'd hook up with just about anyone. 21+ F/M/*
Other close CR: He is not seen with people. He bullies Lord Asriel a little bit in his free time and is nosy about what Peter and Sharon get up to.

Positive CR Desired:

Creeping Dust is not great at being nice. His CR tends to be rather... intermittent and bespoke. Here's some stuff that is at least easy to bounce off of:

💀 Would-be students in any of the occult shit he has to teach! Learning some of his skill trees sucks! Wards/sigils especially.
💀 Folks with sibling issues hoboy.
💀 Researchers, academics, mages, occultists, etc.
💀 People who like dead things or otherwise have a strong relationship with death!
💀 People who can tolerate someone who is regularly unkind and isn't sorry about it.
💀 Trolling victims.
💀 Martial artists to spar with.
💀 Other assassins.
💀 Has anyone ever tried to sacrifice you in a ritual? Let's seethe about it together!
💀 People interested in astrology?! He designates one of his home zodiacs to everyone, come get one.

💀 He can be romanced, although it really depends on someone being able to tolerate his absolutely non-trivial commitment issues lol.
💀 He can be a lot like dragging in a standoffish street cat, he comes around to enjoying being warm but he put up a fuss about it first.
💀 Real thotty, intends to hook up once and then bounce.

Negative CR Desired:

💀 There are traits that really bother him. See: Rat Prince.
💀 If you take things above what you deserve without earning them, he may be bothered 🙃

Day to Day Life:

💀 Up all night because he doesn't sleep a lot.
💀 Likes coffee, will be where coffee is.
💀 Will be found in all manner of bookstores, occult shops, and archives.
💀 Experiments in his necromancer den all night?
💀 Wander around town and listen to the local gossip and folk tales.
💀 Probably does some physical martial arts training and exercise in out of the way places.

Current Plans:

Honestly, he doesn't really hate the Trench. It has its pros and cons, but in terms of being able to live a little more comfortably than before? He's all right with it. This makes him a lot less cranky and a bit more meditative, because he's very curious to learn more both about the setting and the Sleepers who are here. I am happy to frame it around action and direction, but my main focus is character to character relationships. I'm here for it. (yells)

I could see a situation where he isn't connecting enough with people and struggles with beasthood/corruption. It would be more fun to me to integrate that with event prompts than roll that forward in a vacuum.

I wanna do grimy horror stuff and make friends/etc.

💀 I would also really like to do just some "meet-cute" CR starter meetings. I was in the mood to write some grimy horror so I wrote up a prompt to investigate him and one of his experiments. There's a rumor about a suddenly spooky building, why don't you poke your nose in and see what that weird necromancer is up to?
