Blood Pollution Investigation: A Player Plot

Blood pollution has long been an issue in Trench, with no real possible solutions to make even a minor dent existing. But people are curious, and that curiosity led to a discussion with Nevermind suggested looking into the powers of Sleeper bloods for a lead.

But such experimenting and research isn't possible with just one or two people, and Trench is filled with an assortment of characters who might have their own ideas or skills that can help.

So, where exactly are we starting out, what can be theorised, and tested—and who would like to help, most of all?

WHAT HAPPENED?

As stated above, Nevermind was approached to ask about blood pollution and means to manage even a miniscule amount of it. While even that is too meaningless to bother with, he gave the idea of using blood powers to help, and used as an example darkblood's reality-warping ability to bring it out from the ground.

While this would require too much power for a Sleeper to do with their power alone, the capabilities of blood types and what they could do is one worth looking into, as well as the specific talents some Sleepers receive that another's blood can't do (or even powers they had before they came to Trench).

WHO CAN HELP?

It will be discovered that even the better bloodstone makers can't make bloodstones capable of summoning the power needed for this task. This obstacle will be part of the research and experiment phase that this player plot is about, as well gathering ideas for what to do, and looking into Gaze's Archives to figure out more.

So, for an idea of how people can help:

Blood Donations: Donating blood, with any note of particular power strengths that might be relevant.
Brainstorming: Blood powers - and bloodstones - can be used in many ways, even mixed. Any ideas characters can bring at good!
Research: Helping to speak with bloodstone makers and willing to read on pollution research, blood and bloodstone topics
Other Contributions: Does your character have a particular skill or power that they would be willing to share and test out? Are they an engineer? Magically inclined? Let's put all our talents together.

Character Name: Paul Atreides
How are they helping?: Paul has been up to no good with corruption inducing Paleblood stones that seem to alleviate Corruption when applied, but in reality only concentrate it in a solidified form and inflict a mental influence on anyone who handles them to become more Corrupted and more inclined to follow the instructions of the person who created them. Paul would like to get rid of these evil rocks safely and giving them up for research purposes sounds like a very responsible first step, and he would be up for research and blood donation to assist in general with the investigations.
