Time to cozy up with each other and touch base on ideas and plans you have for your ongoing character relationships! We strive for an open and friendly gamespace where everyone can feel encouraged to seek new CR opportunities or work on existing ones. It is not required to do the CR meme, but it's a good idea for keeping your thoughts in order and meeting some new people, and helping to establish what you've got going on in-game!

Omen: Susurrus; a white-lipped python, aka a demon snake that's as shy as he is spooky.
Bloodtype: Darkblood.
Corruption Levels: Pretty low atm, but Peter's general mental state (aka very mentally ill and also,,, demonically possessed) means that he displays a lot of Corruption Symptoms as it is, and they blur often? It's hard to tell where the line is.
Beasthood Levels: N/A.

Job Title(s): Arcane Scholar / student at the School of Mutter, though he... skips a lot.
Business: N/A for the moment, but I'd love for him to get like a little temp job for a bit, somewhere to keep his mind busy sometimes when it needs to be. If anyone's hiring...!
Where they live: townhouse in Gaze District.
Relationship Status: in a romantic relationship with the witchy Luna Lovegood 🌙🪄

Positive CR Desired:

— all the supernatural spookiness: fellow horror canon peeps, supernatural types, fellow "monsters", people with possession experience, exorcists / exorcist-adjacent folks, witchy types, oldschool / goetia magic types... Also people to work with Paimon in terms of demon + magic user type things, deals and grants, as that's a thing that'll be really coming up soon for him. I'd also love people to help nurture some of the demon's abilities as he relearns how to use them here, people to babysit him and make spooky crafts with, people he can latch onto for a variety of reasons, any Knowledge Types as Paimon is a King of Knowledge, fellow supernatural entities he can poke at... Anyone with Identity Issues would also be gr8, as Paimon is one messed-up slew of identities. There's a lot going on in here...

— younger folks: Would you like one (1) spooky, sad big brother? Peter is forever eaten alive with Dead Little Sister Guilt, but he's becoming more capable of watching out for some of the younger folks as he's becoming more of an adult; I'd love anyone for him to sadly and shakily adopt and for him to more actively start to take care of the younger folks!

— friends / companions: people around his age (19), fellow students at the school, fellow introverts or shy folks he can chill and smoke weed with, fellow Gloomy people to Gloom with, Cheerful Folks to combat his Gloom, fellow musicians to jam with (okay but my dream is to form a little band...), fellow victims of "I have inherited some tragic predestined fate I never asked for"....

— adults: He's in the "older young person" category now, as he'll be 20 this year, but (thanks to all the trauma!) tends to regress emotionally to a much younger age in many situations. He's also lost a ton of his Adult Support CR over time and could use older people to figuratively (...and probably literally) hold his hand / talk to / etc. Peter is six feet tall and will tearfully collapse into your lap if allowed

Negative CR Desired:

— demon drama: people who have issues against demons for whatever reason, people who might find Peter creepy or weird for it (his possession definitely comes with some gnarly side effects), etc. Maybe people who don't know he's possessed and just think he's absolutely unhinged if they've witnessed an abrupt personality swap? And although he's not an "evil" entity and is actually meant to assist others, Paimon definitely still has a healthy dose of Horror Movie Demon in him; he can be a source of extreme terror if the situation unfolds that way, so that's always an option, too. His maim / kill count is still dreadfully low and I'm always down if you ever want to fuck your character up; there's a variety of fun ways to choose from! In particular, I'd love to play around with his ability to cause hallucinations and psychologically manipulate / terrorise people :'D OR I would also love people for him to gently psychologically mess with (just like, harmlessly fucking with you from time to time, as he's known for enjoying mischief.)

Current Plans:

— September marks Peter's one-year anniversary in Trench, and he's been having to really face the fact that he's still not made much of a life for himself here / still doesn't quite fit in / is still resisting fitting in, in some capacities. He's starting to more actively reach out to try to help people and find his place. Part of that means accepting that his place is to be the medium / vessel for his demon to work through, so it's a Process.
— His demon, alternatively, is very much at home here and learning more about itself / regaining its powers very steadily. I plan to continue to do more with Paimon's abilities, with him making connections with / assisting others. He's nearing my long-term goal of him being at a place where he'll actually be offering up Demon King Services in a more formal way. 👀
— I plan to canon update Peter, probably on or around his birthday (November 1)! It'll push his memories to the very end of his canon, and means that certain canon truths will become revealed to him and Paimon both.

Ooh, I'd like a thing! Luz and Peter haven't talked for a while, they need to catch up!

Oh yes!! Peter also is talking to Lexi in a thread and found out about her and Luz dating, which is so super cute, omg. ;; He was also thinking about how he needs to catch up with her, and I can definitely see him making good on that.

I'm down for anything, if you'd like something event-related we could come up with a nifty way to get them together, OR Peter could always just swing by the bookstore to pay Luz a visit and catch up, for something more chill!

Yay, that'll be great! I've missed their interaction, as they both wound up caught in things that took them in likely different directions.

The bookstore can be a start since I think most people's plots are likely underway now. Likely a little later I'm going to have an entry with Luz reading aloud to kids in their kid's section downstairs!

Oh god so much has happened these past months, for real. I definitely need to get back in touch with a lot of Peter's CR. I'd love to toss him at the bookstore, so I can wait for whenever you get that up and I'll hop in! Funnily enough, Peter was planning to try to find some kids' books for his demon to keep it entertained LOL.... So it'd work out perfect!

Ok, keeping Paimon engaged in kids books is a bit of a funny image! I'm kind of dying to see it in action!

But I'll try to have it up later today! I do want the two of them to catch up!
