You don't need to feel guilty for staying here. You made the choice to come here. Once here, well, if it were possibly simply to go home, John would have, and Trench wouldn't be quite what it is today. We can only live where we are.

For you, that's living here. For the you in the future back home, that's living there. That's what's most important.

I keep trying to remember that when things are hard here. Or, I try to stay focused on my goal of making this place better in case anyone else from Remnant shows up.
