Sweeps may contact the mod team within that period, before the final processing of AC and removal from the comms. If you have been waiting for a mod response to anything in our game, please let us know in a comment below so we can make sure we haven't accidentally lost track of anyone! We do our best to keep up on pages but some things may slip through the cracks or Dreamwidth might have borked a notification - so let us know here!

Similarly, if anyone has any feedback or has a suggestion or constructive criticism then please use this time to let us know! While we welcome our players to give us feedback at any point in the game, we like to make sure to open the conversation formally once a month on these posts and always encourage our players to reach out if they have anything to say. So. I've gone over the last three months of AC checking in the last day or so, and I've noticed that I've made a few sloppy mistakes here and there, and it's probably caused some irritation. I wanted to say that I am sorry for that. Those directly affected have been contacted and in a case or two I've made exceptions where the issue is clearly my fault for causing miscommunications and errors. I just wanted anyone who might have been confused lately to know that I am aware that there's been a couple sloppy errors and I will be endeavoring to fix that in the second year of the game.

One of the confusions however, that I've contributed to is about "Backtag AC Proofs." I don't always explain it well personally, so I think I've confused a few people. I've noticed that at times I get proofs that contain tags from prior months or the coming months. I'm going to link the visual aid we have posted to the AC Page for reference. This is probably the most common error we see in AC.
