This is Pedro, aka Luz Noceda from the Owl House series, who's been caring (and being cared for) for Varian while Rap's been away! She's gotten an earful about Rapunzel from Varian, and Luz very much loves the tower, so she'll be pretty excited to meet the famous person from Varian's stories! Also, now they can both team up to get Varian to responsibly rest, considering his history of not doing so, and hopefully Rapunzel's influence will definitely give Luz a break from playing housekeeper in their living Disaster home!
