Mako points out the lack of prices on anything, which apparently Wu hadn't noticed, and Wu croons about how cute various cafes are and then grimaces at the darkness of most of the architecture and the statues—until Fritter runs off.
All that radiating warmth, which Mako mostly attributed to the idea of living alone with Wu like they did before, without all the people pressing in on his space, making it hard to think, disappears, replaced by concern, even if Wu doesn't seem that worried. ]
