When he...what? Blue is taken aback by the casual way Yuri speaks of the most incredible, absurd things. It means he hesitates in place for a moment, at risk of being left in the proverbial dust before he can move to try and catch up. It's hard, because without an arm to hang onto, he's got to try and keep his balance.

...Which...isn't as hard as it was earlier, somehow. He's caught up sooner than he expects to, so he needs a few seconds more to consider the question Yuri poses.
