[Ruka gives a little hum, partly in acknowledgement, partly in understanding. It's the fact Venus doesn't understand her Alice reference that really has her realizing that stuff about different worlds might be really, well, real.]

It's... It's a book. It's about a girl who follows a rabbit down a rabbit hole into a strange place called Wonderland. Nothing is what it seems and eating or drinking things might make you shrink or grow. [She makes an 'etc' hand gesture.

And despite the fact that Venus never promised to like, take care of her or anything, Ruka's gathered some courage to take a sip of the soup anyhow. She pauses again, takes another sip, and then shrugs.]

I think it's alright. it's almost...nostalgic. I think... [She trails off, tone suggesting she's on the verge of a memory before she shakes her head and it's gone. Ruka sighs, then gestures to the soup]
