I suppose that might be true. But reading is still an important step to understanding the world! One shouldn't overlook the value of a good book!
But you are correct. We are not currently in the form of squids. So, if you believe you are not a squid, then it must be true...
...One must wonder if we're still able to squirt ink, however.
