It sounds like he would be totally fine then, the actual nature of the place is entirely Moon Presence protected and the tree is Amaterasu's so it's gentle purifying energy everywhere, but only in the sense of the auras of both of those individuals. If Allen had his own dark entity still possessing him I'd play it as not being happy in such a place, but completely fine and unaffected being around it.
