She took that hand and got up, standing and dusting herself off before looking over at the girl, reaching up to give her a thumbs up and grinning, to show that she was fine. That lasted all of a few seconds before she just kind of stared around at the yellowing, faded, familiar and yet inherently wrong walls that seemed to just stretch out to infinity.
