Yeah Nara'a can't attack super well underwater either, probably. Game never lets us fight underwater. But yeah they have vastly different interests so hoarding stuff is probably not going to cross over with them.

Yeah Dabi'd try to sneak attack him, huh? He's never unarmed, but there are times when his guard is lowered a bit so it wouldn't be hard to try to jump him during those times. But yeah a fight's been in the works since they met.
