"Things can get better when everyone works on it." A lot of the hard work happened when she was very small, but she knows no one ever gave up.

Where does she even start explaining herself, really? "I've always had a knack with machines. Something has to make up for being terrible with politics." She's holding back a whole pile of context to that one and intends to keep doing so.
