"There's a residential district that should definitely have some places for up for grabs. This place runs on a bartering system, but the locals are pretty generous to Sleepers, so getting somewhere and getting established shouldn't be hard," he explains.

"This place is packed to the brim with ghosts, though, so finding one that isn't haunted might be tricky. However, If that's the case, I can probably get rid of them for you."
