II.) A Dim Reflection
[ At first, the sensation from within is mild. For years, Arthur had to master the art of repression. Repression of one’s anger towards the other, keeping it in check anytime it boiled over. But the more he walks the path, the more that anger pushed its way outward, finding some manner of escape. It wasn’t until his confrontation with Cinder that said annoyance—anger met its pressure point. Every single grievance coming out all at once, emphasizing every syllable to outline how much of a failure she was!
His feet continue to follow the path along the alleyway. Though this doesn’t feel like a stroll any longer. Anger doesn’t quite do it justice. This was fury. Unabashed, pure fury.
To a point, it contorts his expression to become more feral. He extends a hand to grab for the closest inanimate object and yolks it down in a yell. ]
