Timeline/Event Ideas: V won't know what the heck is going on because he's completely new, so he's pretty primed to need some light (or heavy) guidance so he doesn't end up totally wrecked or worse. Honestly somebody taking him under their wing would be so appreciated by him, especially if there's a kind soul who will stop him staring at the big butterflies because he sure would otherwise. GIANT WINGED NATURE SHIT he loves nature please just let him watch for a couple more seconds
Portal watch is a thing he can and would do without much need for prompting, and he's pretty good at working in a team, so while he's not a hunter he could lend a cybernetically modified hand to the cause. CP77's monsters are for the most part megacorp America and capitalism so will probably leave Ronald McDonald back at home, but he's familiar enough with monsters of other kinds from his stint at noctium to not immediately freak
He's a real soft kinda person so if anybody needs some genuine kindness to help with the tether stuff pls hit him up.
