First: Varian we will try very hard to keep your boyfriend safe even if he will be Already Died when he steps into the pocket dimension, sorry about that. 8(

Second: HECK YEAH, Varian on the portal team!! I am very hype for that.

Also I love the look of the thorny unbreakable amber, that's going everywhere you'd normally find brambles and will be Fine and Good.
