Well, definitely for obvious reasons Minako's one of the ones Vira-Lorr actually puts thought into, since she recalls they celebrate the holiday. She could either bring the bracelet that she had in mind for her birthday, or if we handwaved that it was given, I was thinking perhaps a nice sundress in her size, a creamsickle orange (since she's definitely far more in the 'live large' and colorful group of the locals, not the dour and dark sort, and orange is such a good color for Minako)
