Timeline/Event Ideas:Winter Mourning Billie is for all intents and purposes a nine year old halfling child. He's also a nine thousand year old spring fairy.
Exile - As a halfling, Billie was exiled for setting fire to several grain silos. He hid behind the silo after stealing and eating One Legged Bill's yams, and because he was so afraid, accidentally sparked a fire with magic. He tried to put it out both by blowing it, and literally, fanning the flames.
Shipwreck - Trying to escape both the Light Guard and the Crystal Bay Customs Office, Vyng coralled the most powerful known storm in their world, and quite literally threw it at their pursuers. Their ship crashes into a massive, rune covered pillar and goes down.
Newsletter/General: Billie's birthday is on December 7th, so he gets the unlucky rabbit foot. Sadly, he might not realize that's what's causing the people around him to have bad luck when he carries it around.
He'll be suspicious of Vilebloods and will probably resort to using his fake British 'Mayor' accent around them.
