Michael is certainly available to...terrorize a young child by chasing him through the streets in a threatening manner, rip. It would probably have to be later in the month, when he's corrupted enough to be quite that much of a dick, but he won't be quite so far gone that he wouldn't just let Luca scamper off after a little while.
